Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local care facilities and funeral homes in Proctorville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of the single-story senior living centers and funeral homes located along the main village corridors. Please provide the specific room number or the name of the memorial service at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate the spread-out, one-story layouts common to these local properties.

Question 2

How will my floral arrangement be delivered within the village?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the residential porches and street-level businesses throughout the village. Provide a description of the house or any shared driveway details to help the driver identify the correct property. Most homes here have open street access, so specifying a side door or covered porch area helps keep the delivery secure.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch away from the wind common to riverfront streets. We substitute unavailable flowers with similar seasonal varieties that are currently in stock at our local shop. Including the recipient’s phone number is vital for properties where house numbers are only listed on mailboxes at the road.
