Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Orrville?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the city's large industrial campuses requires a specific building letter and department name at checkout. Residential orders need a visible house number because many homes sit on deep lots set back from the road. These details ensure drivers can navigate corporate security gates or find the correct porch.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient rather than shipped in a box. In the downtown business district, drivers use street-side parking to access offices and storefronts. For residential areas, arrangements are placed on front porches to keep them visible and protected.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a corporate site is unavailable, flowers are left at the main reception desk or security entrance. Providing a gate code or specific instructions for homes with long driveways helps avoid failed delivery attempts. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the design.
