Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to funeral homes and businesses in Creston?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific chapel name or office suite number at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct building entrance. For residential properties on the outskirts of the village, include any notes about long driveways or house visibility from the main road. These details prevent confusion at locations where several properties share a single access point.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in Creston?

Accepted Answer

Orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the local layout of detached homes and small-scale businesses. Because many village residences use side or rear doors as primary entrances, please specify the preferred drop-off spot at checkout. This helps the driver navigate properties with large setbacks or entry points that are not visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient isn't home or a flower isn't available?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the arrangement on a protected porch or with a direct neighbor. If a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a flower of equal value and similar appearance. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver locate the correct house on roads where house numbers are often placed on distant mailboxes rather than the building itself.
