Question 1

How do deliveries work for the retirement facilities or school campuses in Smithville?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific wing name or building department at checkout for deliveries to the village’s nursing care campus or local school buildings. These sites have multiple entry points and specific reception desks that differ from standard house deliveries. Including these details ensures the driver uses the designated staff or resident entrance instead of a general service gate.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered by a courier service or hand-carried to the door?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the deep setbacks and long driveways common in this village layout. This method ensures flowers are placed securely on front porches or at side entrances, especially for properties where the house is situated far from the main road. Providing specific notes about porch access or gated driveways helps the driver navigate these residential layouts without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or the property is difficult to find?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement on a protected porch or with a neighbor if the property has an open, street-facing yard. Because many homes on the outskirts of the village have mailboxes grouped at the road rather than on the house, an accurate house number and porch description are required. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar stem is used to keep the arrangement at the correct size and height.
