Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, care facilities, and businesses in Rittman?

Accepted Answer

For the clustered medical and senior living campuses, we deliver directly to the main reception desk or designated receiving area. For businesses in the compact downtown area, provide the specific storefront name and any secondary entrance instructions. This helps the driver navigate the attached building layouts common in the city center.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a driver rather than being shipped in a cardboard box. In the residential blocks where homes are set close to the sidewalk, we require a porch or side-door preference at checkout. This ensures the driver can place the flowers in a secure spot away from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, we attempt to leave the arrangement with a nearby neighbor or in a sheltered area on the property. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original size and color. Including the recipient's phone number helps us verify they are home before the driver arrives at the house.
