Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Circleville?

Accepted Answer

Many downtown locations have storefronts located directly on the sidewalk with no private parking or reception desks. For these addresses and the spread-out medical campus buildings, you must provide the specific department name or suite number. This helps the driver find the correct entrance among the various low-rise professional buildings and multi-use historic properties.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered across the city?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver every arrangement instead of using boxed shipping services. Our drivers navigate both the compact grid of the historic district and the long, unpaved driveways found on the rural outskirts. Provide clear instructions at checkout if a property is set far back from the main road or has a secured gated entrance.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not at a residence, we look for a protected porch or a neighbor who can accept the delivery. For deliveries to the large industrial sites on the edge of the city, a direct phone number for the recipient is required to pass through security checkpoints. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that matches the size and value of the original selection.
