Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional buildings and homes in Ashville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential porches and the main offices of local schools and funeral chapels. You must provide the facility name and a specific department or service time at checkout. These details allow our drivers to navigate the shared entryways common in the village’s smaller professional buildings.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in boxes. Our drivers use the available street parking to walk arrangements directly to the front entrance of single-family homes. Providing a visible house number or porch description helps the driver identify the correct property on these open residential streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the arrangement on a shaded porch or with a nearby neighbor. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Including the recipient's phone number helps our drivers locate properties that are set back from the main village roads.
