Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to residential estates here require precise house numbers because many homes have long, wooded driveways set back from the main road. For professional suites or places of worship, we need specific room numbers or building wings to find the correct entrance. Entering a gate code or a secondary contact phone number helps us access private property entrances without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. The low-density suburban layout means we navigate private lanes to reach the recipient's primary entrance. Including details about property access or preferred side-door placement helps us navigate these large residential lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we call the recipient to ask if we should leave the flowers at a side door or with a neighbor. Because homes here are set on large acreages and are spaced far apart, we use the recipient's phone number to avoid leaving items unattended on long driveways. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and style.
