Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to residential homes, offices, and senior living communities in this township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to senior living residences and care facilities in this township require the specific suite number and building wing for front-desk check-in. You must enter the exact street number and any gate codes at checkout for homes located on private cul-de-sacs. These details help the driver find the correct entrance among the winding residential roads.

Question 2

What delivery method is used to navigate the local residential layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to residential homes and small professional buildings rather than being shipped in a box. The suburban layout means drivers navigate deep property setbacks and private driveways to reach the front door. Providing instructions for porch placement or side door access helps the driver complete the drop-off without delay.

Question 3

How are missing recipients or flower substitutions managed for local deliveries?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a protected spot on the residential porch or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar stem that maintains the same look and value. Including the recipient's phone number allows the driver to confirm the location when a house is set back far from the street.
