Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and offices in Harrington Park?

Accepted Answer

This borough consists primarily of single-family residences and small commercial storefronts along the main corridors. For home deliveries, please specify if the property has a side entrance or a preferred porch location for drop-offs. For professional offices, include the business name and suite number to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance among the smaller professional buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the layout of this town?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver navigating the residential streets and deep lots characteristic of this borough. Because many homes here are set back from the road or have long driveways, we walk the arrangement directly to the front door. Providing clear instructions for properties with hidden house numbers or restricted driveway access helps us complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a secure spot on the residential porch or leave the arrangement with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar bloom that matches the original style and value. Providing the recipient's phone number allows us to confirm someone is available for homes that are set far back from the street.
