Question 1

How do deliveries work for professional offices and residential areas in Park Ridge?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to corporate office parks and professional suites, please provide the specific floor and suite number to assist with security check-in. Residential deliveries require the house number clearly visible from the street, especially for homes with long driveways or deep setbacks. Including a cell phone number for the recipient helps the driver confirm access at properties with gated entries.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and offices in this borough?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered by a driver to ensure it arrives ready for display. In suburban residential areas, we place the flowers at the front door or with a neighbor if no one is home. For the multi-story residential buildings near the train line, please provide a buzzer code or instructions for the lobby attendant.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific bloom is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a corporate campus, the driver will leave the arrangement at the reception desk or with the mailroom. At a private residence, we will leave the item in a shaded spot on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. If a specific flower is not in stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original color and size.
