Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Norwood?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to corporate parks on the eastern side of town or residential homes, please provide the suite number or specific door instructions at checkout. These details are necessary for drivers to find the correct entrance in multi-tenant commercial buildings or on properties with large footprints. Accurate information ensures the driver goes directly to the reception desk or the front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential streets and business districts here?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of detached suburban homes and low-rise office buildings. This method prevents the damage that can occur with boxed shipping on long driveways or at busy loading areas. Providing gate codes or specific porch instructions helps the driver complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a home or office?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver looks for a shaded spot on the porch or leaves the flowers with a neighbor on the same residential block. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to keep the order on schedule for its arrival date. A recipient phone number helps the driver coordinate access for properties where the entrance is set back from the road.
