Question 1

How does delivery work for the different types of buildings in Woodcliff Lake?

Accepted Answer

This city contains both large corporate office campuses and residential streets. At checkout, provide the suite number and specify if the building has a central security desk or a specific employee entrance. This information allows the driver to navigate past security kiosks to the correct internal office location.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and offices here?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s mix of multi-building office complexes and houses with long driveways. Providing a specific building letter or residential gate code is necessary for drivers to reach the correct door. Hand delivery ensures the bouquet is given to a person or placed at a secure entrance rather than left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery driver cannot find the recipient?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not present at a corporate site, we leave the flowers with a receptionist or at a security desk. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a stem of the same color and value to maintain the design. Including a direct phone extension for office workers or a gate code for private drives prevents a failed delivery at a security point.
