Question 1

How do deliveries work for the professional offices and senior centers in Hillsdale?

Accepted Answer

Provide the suite number or room designation for deliveries to the professional buildings located near the central train tracks. For the town's senior living complexes, we check in at the main reception desk to ensure the flowers reach the correct unit. These details are necessary for buildings that use a single street address for multiple occupants.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the residential areas in this borough?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all orders directly to the door to navigate the borough's mix of residential streets and downtown storefronts. Since many homes in this area have deep set-backs or sloped driveways, specify if the flowers should be left at a side door or a specific porch area. This method ensures the arrangement is placed safely on the property rather than at a curb.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to accept the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, we look for a sheltered porch or a nearby neighbor to accept the gift on these residential blocks. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety that maintains the look of the arrangement. Providing a phone number helps us coordinate access if we encounter a locked lobby in a professional building or a multi-unit complex.
