Question 1

How does delivery work for the large residential estates and local offices in Rumson?

Accepted Answer

Provide any necessary gate codes or specific instructions for properties with long private driveways. For professional offices, include the suite number and the name of the office to ensure the delivery reaches the correct desk. Accurate entry information is required to move past secured perimeters and reach the front door.

Question 2

Will the flowers be hand-delivered or left in a box at the end of the driveway?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door of the residence rather than being left at a roadside mailbox. Because many homes feature deep setbacks and winding drives, providing a description of a driveway marker or gate house helps identify the correct property. This ensures the arrangement is placed at the main entrance.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is not home or the gate is locked?

Accepted Answer

If the driver cannot access a gated property, they will attempt to contact the recipient or sender for an entry code or alternative drop-off instructions. If a specific flower is not in stock, it is replaced with a bloom of the same value and size. Providing a recipient's phone number is necessary to prevent failed deliveries at secured residential entrances.
