Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Portsmouth?

Accepted Answer

Portsmouth includes both a compact downtown grid and sprawling hilltop medical complexes. For hilltop deliveries, enter the specific wing or building letter so the driver can locate the correct reception desk. For downtown offices, provide the floor number and any buzzer codes needed for building entry.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered across the city?

Accepted Answer

Arrangements are hand-delivered to handle the steep grade changes between the riverfront and hilltop residential streets. Drivers navigate narrow roads and street-side parking to bring the flowers directly to the door. Provide specific instructions for porch access if the home is located on a steep incline or has restricted street parking.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure, shaded spot near the door of the narrow-lot residence. When specific flowers are out of stock, we use a similar variety that matches the size and structure of the original design. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver manage access to secured hilltop properties or gated apartment complexes.
