Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different types of properties in Columbia Station?

Accepted Answer

This area includes a mix of professional offices and residential homes often set back on multi-acre lots. Provide the specific building name for offices and any gate codes or house numbers that are difficult to see from the main road. These details ensure the driver locates the correct entrance on properties where the primary building is not visible from the street.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the long private driveways and semi-rural layout of the township. Drivers navigate these drives to bring the flowers directly to the front door of the residence. Including descriptions of unique property markers or specific driveway turns helps avoid delays on high-speed rural roads.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will look for a protected area like a covered porch or a breezeway, as neighboring houses are often separated by significant acreage. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the original color scheme and size. Providing a secondary phone number is helpful if the driver finds a locked gate or a blocked access point at the property entrance.
