Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large campuses and residential complexes in North Haledon?

Accepted Answer

Many properties in this borough are located within sprawling senior living communities or institutional campuses with multiple entrances. Please enter the specific building name and room or suite number at checkout so the driver knows which security desk or wing to approach. This ensures the flowers are accepted at the correct internal drop-off point rather than a general perimeter gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with long driveways or hilly terrain?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the town’s winding roads and properties that are often set far back from the street. Provide any gate codes or specific instructions if the house is not easily visible from the main road or has a steep private drive. These details allow the driver to reach the front door directly instead of leaving the arrangement at a mailbox or entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the house number is hard to find?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver looks for a shaded, secure area on the porch, taking advantage of the privacy provided by the town's large residential lots. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety of equal value is substituted to maintain the arrangement's look. Including the recipient’s phone number is essential for confirming the location on streets where house numbers are obscured by trees or terrain.
