Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of addresses in Midland Park?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to professional suites along the main commercial corridors or funeral homes, include the specific room number or parlor name at checkout. For residential deliveries on the borough's side streets, specify if the home has a side entrance or a deep driveway. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct door in areas where houses and small businesses are situated close together.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the borough's layout affect the process?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient’s door rather than being shipped in a box. Because many homes in this borough have open porches and detached garages, provide instructions on your preferred placement area to keep the items away from street view. For the small number of multi-unit residential buildings, include a gate or lobby code to prevent the driver from being locked out of the property.

Question 3

What happens if a delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a shaded porch or a side door to leave the arrangement safely. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to maintain the size and style of the order. Including a recipient’s phone number helps the driver navigate common local issues like blocked driveways or locked commercial delivery entrances.
