Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to businesses and homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to village funeral chapels and street-front businesses require a specific room number or business name at checkout. For single-family homes on residential streets, the house number must be verified to distinguish between closely spaced porches. These details help the driver locate the correct entrance among the clustered village buildings.

Question 2

How does the town layout impact the delivery method?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to manage the transition from paved village streets to the long gravel driveways on the town's edge. This method ensures the flowers are placed at the front door rather than left at a roadside mailbox. Providing specific instructions for properties with significant road setbacks helps the driver reach the door directly.

Question 3

What is the process for unavailable recipients or flower substitutions?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a sheltered spot on the porch or leaves the arrangement with a neighbor on these residential blocks. When a specific bloom is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is used to maintain the design's scale. Including the recipient's phone number is required for properties where the home is not visible from the main thoroughfare.
