Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the medical campus and funeral homes in Dennison?

Accepted Answer

For the multi-building medical campus in the center of town, you must provide the specific department and room number at checkout. For funeral homes located on residential streets, include the name of the deceased and the scheduled service time. This allows the driver to navigate the correct entrances within these specialized facilities.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door of detached homes and street-level businesses, never sent in a cardboard box. Because most local properties feature open porches or side entries, please specify your preferred drop-off point during checkout. This ensures the arrangement is placed in a sheltered area away from the sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure porch area and place a notification on the door. If specific flowers are unavailable, we substitute them with stems of equal value that maintain the original color and shape. Providing a recipient phone number helps us manage delivery to properties with large yards or gated driveway access.
