Question 1

How do deliveries work for professional offices and senior living complexes in Emerson?

Accepted Answer

Drivers check in at the main lobby or security gate for all senior living communities and professional suites. Include the specific wing name or room number at checkout so the driver is directed to the correct corridor. This prevents the arrangement from being left in general receiving areas where it may be delayed.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes and central business district addresses?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to suit the borough’s residential lawns and commercial storefronts. For homes on the narrow residential streets branching off the main thoroughfares, specify if there is a side porch or rear entrance. If the address is near the central train station, note if the driver should use the front sidewalk entrance or a back alley access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a home or a secured facility?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver places the flowers on a porch or at a side door shielded from the street. For deliveries to the borough's managed care facilities, the driver leaves the arrangement with the front desk if the recipient is unavailable. Providing a gate code or specific door instructions at checkout reduces the risk of a failed delivery at secured properties.
