Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Dumont?

Accepted Answer

For residential homes and small professional offices, we deliver to the primary entrance or reception desk. In multi-family buildings with secure vestibules, you must provide the buzzer code or specific unit number at checkout. These details allow us to navigate the mix of open residential lots and secured low-rise buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and left at the property?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in boxes. Because many local properties have deep setbacks or side-entry driveways, please specify your preferred drop-off point. This ensures the flowers are placed in a visible, safe location away from the street.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we leave the arrangement in a shaded spot on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a flower of equal value and similar appearance. Providing a recipient phone number helps us resolve issues with locked gates or restricted building access.
