Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Haworth consists almost entirely of single-family homes rather than high-rise offices or medical centers. Provide the house number and specify if the property has a side entrance or a long driveway at checkout. This helps the driver locate the correct entry point on these large residential lots.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the borough’s spread-out suburban layout. Include instructions if the house is set far back from the road or has a circular driveway. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct residence on these quiet, residential streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement on the front porch or at a designated side door. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar bloom of equal value is used to complete the order. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver confirm delivery for homes with deep setbacks or hidden entrances.
