Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local businesses and rural addresses?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the small offices and the funeral chapel located near the village crossroads. For rural properties on the outskirts, please enter the house number exactly as it appears on the roadside mailbox. This helps our drivers identify the correct entrance when houses are set far back from the main road.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver to accommodate the transition from the village's residential streets to the surrounding rural routes. We do not use shipping boxes. Providing descriptions of long gravel driveways or gate access codes ensures the flowers reach the front door.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues reaching the recipient?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the flowers in a porch area shielded from the wind common to the village's surrounding open acreage. If a specific flower is out of stock, we provide a substitute of equal value in a similar color. A recipient phone number helps us coordinate delivery for properties that are not visible from the public road.
