Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different types of properties in Johnstown?

Accepted Answer

For properties in the village center, specify if the entrance is on the main sidewalk or a rear access point. For rural addresses or new subdivisions, provide the house number exactly as it appears on the roadside mailbox. These details help drivers locate the correct building when homes are set far back from the road or tucked into large wooded lots.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this area's specific layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from narrow village streets to long, unpaved rural lanes. The driver navigates these varied road types to place the arrangement directly at the front door rather than at a distance. Providing instructions for properties with long private drives or cattle gates ensures the driver can reach the porch without delay.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues reaching the recipient at their home?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver looks for a porch or entryway sheltered from the open wind and visibility common on large, flat residential lots. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is selected to keep the arrangement's shape and scale. Including a gate code or a secondary phone number is essential for reaching homes located in secured rural estates or newer clustered developments.
