Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to office parks and medical offices in this area?

Accepted Answer

Professional office complexes and multi-story residential facilities require a building wing or suite number at checkout. Provide the department name for deliveries going to corporate parks. This ensures the courier can navigate secured lobbies and shared reception areas.

Question 2

Will the flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to suit the city's blend of large corporate campuses and wooded residential lots. Include gate codes for private drives and instructions for porch placement at suburban homes. For office buildings, the courier delivers to the main lobby or a designated mailroom.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there when you arrive?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is unavailable, the courier leaves the flowers at the front door or in a secure porch area. In corporate settings, the order is left with the receptionist or the security desk. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the courier gain access to gated residential streets and locked office suites.
