Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Pataskala?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to medical campuses and professional offices, include the specific building letter and suite number at checkout. Residential properties in this area feature long driveways or gated entries that require a gate code for access. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct entrance within spread-out property layouts.

Question 2

Are the flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient because the city layout includes deep setbacks and houses positioned far from the main road. We do not use boxed shipping to prevent arrangements from being left at the end of a long rural driveway. Specifying a preferred drop-off point, like a side door or covered porch, helps the driver complete the delivery.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the flowers with a neighbor or on a covered porch if the home has a long driveway. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color and style. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver resolve issues with gated residential clusters or multi-building office complexes.
