Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to our local medical centers, funeral homes, and professional offices?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the city’s central medical campus are left at the specific wing reception or the main information desk. For professional offices along the primary business corridors, you must provide the business name and suite number at checkout. These details are necessary for the driver to find the correct office within multi-unit buildings.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential and business addresses?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of historic residential porches and modern suburban driveways. We walk arrangements directly to the front door of homes or the reception desk of downtown storefronts. Including notes about side-door access or preferred porch placement helps our drivers avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the person isn't there or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, we leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a nearby neighbor. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of the same color and value to maintain the design. Providing a recipient’s phone number is helpful for coordinating access to gated residential properties or secured business entrances.
