Question 1

How does delivery work for residences and facilities in Holgate?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential porches and street-level business entrances across the village grid. For the care facility on the edge of town, enter the specific wing or room number at checkout to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct staff station. For church services, provide the scheduled start time to ensure flowers are placed in the sanctuary before guests arrive.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses here?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a driver instead of being shipped in a cardboard box. Because most properties in this area have open street access and private driveways, we bring the flowers directly to the front door. Provide specific instructions if we should use a side entrance or a specific porch area to keep the delivery out of view from the road.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers on a protected porch or with a nearby neighbor who is available. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same color palette. Including the recipient's phone number is necessary for deliveries to rural properties outside the village center to confirm someone is present to receive the flowers.
