Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Kenton?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the local medical center and funeral homes require the specific department or room number because these facilities are spread across single-story wings rather than high-rise floors. Provide the specific building entrance name for office deliveries near the courthouse square to ensure the driver finds the correct storefront. Accurate room details prevent drivers from navigating through interconnected hallways in these older, horizontal layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered rather than shipped in a box to accommodate the wide porches and open entryways common in this residential layout. Drivers navigate the transition from the concentrated downtown grid to the spaced-out properties on the city's edge. Including specific porch or side-door instructions helps when the house sits back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a protected area like a screened-in porch or behind a porch pillar common on local homes. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that maintains the same arrangement size. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to confirm delivery for properties with long driveways or house numbers that are difficult to see from the street.
