Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various office parks and residential complexes in Hillsborough?

Accepted Answer

We navigate both sprawling garden apartment complexes and low-rise professional medical plazas. You must provide the specific building number and apartment or suite letter at checkout. These details are necessary because many local developments contain multiple buildings that share a single street address.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by a driver or through a shipping service?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver to ensure the arrangement remains upright and intact. Because many properties in this area have deep lots and long driveways, we deliver directly to the front door. Please include any gate codes or specific porch instructions to help our drivers access properties set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the gift in a secure spot near the entrance that is shielded from street view. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the original color and style. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues at gated townhome communities or secured office entries.
