Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Mason’s large corporate and medical campuses?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name, wing, or department at checkout to ensure delivery to the correct reception desk. These large campuses often have multiple security entrances, so precise room or suite numbers are required for access. This information prevents orders from being held at central mailrooms or loading docks.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for residential areas and gated neighborhoods?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the recipient's door to avoid the damage common with boxed shipping. In gated subdivisions or properties with long private drives, include the entry code or specific driveway instructions at checkout. These details allow the driver to reach the front door directly and avoid access delays.

Question 3

What occurs if there are issues with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at a residential address, the delivery is left in a secure spot or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and scale. A recipient phone number is required to help drivers navigate the expansive parking areas and multiple building levels found in this city's business parks.
