Question 1

How does delivery work for the hospital, funeral homes, and offices in Wapakoneta?

Accepted Answer

For the low-rise medical facility and local funeral homes, we require a specific room number or service time during checkout. For businesses in the historic downtown district, include any suite numbers or specific entrance instructions for buildings that sit directly on the sidewalk. These details help the driver bypass public lobby traffic and reach the correct desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in Wapakoneta and how does the city layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of historic homes with large porches and newer residential streets with deep setbacks. Provide gate codes for secured residential entries or specific instructions for properties located on the busier arterial roads. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed in a stable, sheltered spot rather than being left on an exposed walkway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will seek a sheltered spot on a porch or leave the item with a nearby neighbor in these close-knit residential blocks. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that keeps the same style and color. Providing a recipient's phone number is vital for deliveries moving from the city center to the more spread-out rural boundary lines.
