Question 1

How does delivery work for businesses and funeral homes in Botkins?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the visitation areas of the funeral home in the village center and the main offices of the local manufacturing plants. Please provide specific department names for deliveries to the industrial properties located near the highway. These details ensure the driver uses the correct entrance in a landscape of both private residences and commercial warehouses.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact while traveling across the interstate overpass that bisects the village. Our drivers navigate the central residential grid using street-level parking and the outlying subdivisions via private driveways. Providing instructions for a side door or porch placement helps avoid delays at properties without a traditional front entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color and shape. A recipient phone number is necessary to coordinate access to the restricted industrial zones on the village perimeter.
