Question 1

How does delivery work for local homes, funeral homes, and offices?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made to residential houses and funeral homes throughout the village and surrounding rural lots. Include the specific room number for senior living residents and indicate if the house is a multi-family conversion with a side entrance. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct door in areas where street numbers are grouped together.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and what details are needed for the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to handle the transition from paved village streets to unpaved rural driveways. Provide specific directions if the house is set back significantly from the main road or lacks a visible mailbox. This information prevents the driver from missing the turn-in for properties with large acreage.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will place the flowers on a porch or side door that is shielded from the wind and road. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value and similar appearance. Including a working phone number for the recipient helps the driver confirm the delivery location for houses without clear street-side signage.
