Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional suites and residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to professional office campuses require a suite number, department name, and floor at checkout. For residential properties set back from the main road or located on wooded lots, provide specific instructions for finding the house entrance. These details ensure the driver navigates the township's mix of commercial corridors and long driveways correctly.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and offices throughout the township?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered directly to the recipient's door to accommodate the township's spread-out suburban layout. Providing a gate code or a secondary phone number is necessary for properties with restricted access or long private drives. This direct method prevents arrangements from being left at roadside mailboxes or unattended commercial loading zones.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will look for a sheltered side entry or porch that is protected and out of view from the street. If a specific bloom is unavailable, a similar flower of equal value is used to maintain the design. Including a current phone number for the recipient helps the driver coordinate access to secured office suites or gated residential communities.
