Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Phillipsburg?

Accepted Answer

In this river town, we deliver to the hilltop medical campus and the multi-family residences lining the steep side streets. For medical deliveries, provide the wing or room number because these facilities have multiple restricted entrances. For residential orders, specify if the door is at street level or at the top of a flight of stairs to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to accommodate the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the narrow street parking and high-density row houses found throughout the town. We carry the arrangement directly to the door instead of leaving it in a shipping box. Please include details at checkout if the home has a shared porch or a locked front gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a protected spot on the porch to shield the arrangement from river-valley winds. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value that matches the style of your order. Providing a recipient phone number and side-door instructions helps prevent failed deliveries to properties with narrow lot access.
