Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in De Graff?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the village funeral home require the service time and the name of the deceased to coordinate arrival before public viewing. For residential houses, provide the house number and a description of any side-porch entrances. Accurate entry details are necessary because many homes sit on deep, open lots without numbered curbs.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city’s layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the low-density residential layout and detached housing of the village. We navigate the street grid to place items directly on front porches or at side-door entries. Note if the property has a fenced perimeter so we can access the door safely.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the order is left on a protected porch or with a neighbor if requested. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute a similar bloom of equal value and style. Including a recipient phone number helps us confirm someone is present before we travel to properties on the rural village outskirts.
