Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers and corporate campuses in Green?

Accepted Answer

For the sprawling medical complexes and office parks in this area, we require specific suite numbers and wing names at checkout. These properties have multiple separate entrances, so providing the building letter or department name ensures the driver finds the correct reception desk. This information prevents the delivery from being left at the wrong building in a large multi-structure park.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential address here?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered in water to accommodate the long driveways and wide suburban lots common in this area. Providing a gate code for secured residential entries or specific porch instructions helps us leave the flowers safely if the home is set back from the main road. These details ensure the driver can access the property without waiting at a keypad.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a covered porch or a side entrance, as many homes here lack natural street-level screening. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety of equal value to maintain the size of the arrangement. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us confirm access to properties with long, private drives.
