Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, or offices in Maineville?

Accepted Answer

Maineville consists primarily of residential subdivisions and small, single-story professional office clusters. For deliveries to medical clinics or funeral homes, you must provide the specific suite number or parlor name at checkout. This allows us to navigate multi-unit buildings and ensure the arrangement reaches the correct reception desk.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box, and how does the city's layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the village’s suburban layout and many private cul-de-sacs. We walk arrangements directly to the front door of homes, including those with long driveways or deep setbacks from the road. Please provide any entry gate codes or specific instructions for side-porch placement to avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, we leave the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch, which is standard for the area's detached single-family homes. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to keep the design intact. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us confirm property access for homes located on large residential lots.
