Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and public buildings in Windham?

Accepted Answer

In this village, deliveries are made to detached homes and small public facilities rather than large commercial complexes. For the few low-rise apartment buildings or offices, you must enter the specific unit or suite number since these properties lack central reception desks. This information allows the driver to reach the recipient’s door directly in a low-density environment.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local homes?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the wide residential lots and homes that are often set back from the road. Most properties here feature private driveways and open porches, so the driver brings the flowers directly to the primary entrance. Providing instructions for side doors or secondary entrances is helpful for properties where the front door is not the main access point.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a neighbor on the same residential street. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of the same value and color to maintain the design. A recipient phone number is necessary to locate houses on roads where mailboxes and property numbers are significantly spaced apart.
