Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the college campus and local residences?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to campus housing or administrative offices require a specific building name and room number at checkout. Because student residences use restricted keycard entry, a working phone number for the recipient is mandatory. This ensures the driver coordinates a hand-off at the door instead of leaving the order in a central mailroom.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Items are hand-delivered to manage the mixture of walking campus paths and residential properties with long, unpaved driveways. This method prevents items from being left at a roadside mailbox far from the front door. Providing instructions for properties set back from the main road helps the driver find the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver calls to find a secure porch location or a neighbor who can accept the delivery. If a specific bloom is not in stock, a substitute of equal value and color is used. Providing a secondary contact number or porch access details ensures the delivery is completed on the first attempt.
