Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices and secured residential areas in South Lebanon?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to local outpatient clinics and office complexes require a suite number and the name of the department or business. Many newer residential areas in the city are part of gated enclaves or have long, private driveways that require a gate code for entry. Including these access details at checkout prevents the driver from being held up at the property entrance.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the variety of historic street layouts and modern suburban properties found throughout the city. This manual approach ensures the flowers are placed directly at the door, even on properties with large setbacks or winding driveways. Providing a recipient phone number is helpful for homes located on the steep hills or newer roads where navigation can be difficult.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will find a secure spot on the porch, taking care to keep the arrangement out of view from the main road on properties with open frontages. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower to maintain the overall style of the arrangement. Accurate gate codes and contact information for the recipient are the most effective ways to prevent a delivery failure at secured residential properties.
