Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to residential properties and professional offices in Morrow?

Accepted Answer

At checkout, provide the suite number for offices or the specific service name for funeral homes located in the village center. For homes on large rural lots, include any gate codes or descriptions for identifying the correct driveway. These details are necessary because many properties are set far back from the main road and lack clear visibility from the street.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the village’s spread-out residential layout. Drivers navigate the mix of paved village streets and gravel rural roads to reach the primary entrance. Specific access details help the driver find the correct house on properties with multiple outbuildings or long drives.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver places the flowers in a secure spot near the entrance and contacts the recipient. When a specific bloom is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is selected to maintain the arrangement's color and form. Including the recipient’s phone number allows the driver to confirm delivery at properties with restricted gate access or hidden entrances.
