Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical buildings in Canal Winchester?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical clinics and professional clusters require a suite number and department name because multiple businesses share a single main entrance. For funeral homes, provide the name of the deceased to ensure the flowers reach the correct viewing room. This detail ensures the delivery reaches the correct desk in multi-tenant buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses across the city?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the transition between the tight street parking of the historic center and the long driveways of the newer subdivisions. Drivers walk the arrangements directly to the front door to ensure they are placed safely. Provide gate codes or secondary entrance details for residential developments to prevent access delays at the perimeter.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, we leave flowers in a discreet spot on the porch to account for the open-lot nature of local suburban streets. At the industrial warehouses and logistics centers, we follow site security rules by leaving the delivery at the main check-in desk. Providing the recipient's direct phone number helps us contact them if an industrial park security gate is locked.
