Question 1

How does delivery work for medical offices, funeral homes, and residential lakefront properties?

Accepted Answer

Enter the specific suite number or department name for deliveries to medical clinics and professional offices along the main thoroughfares. For lakeside residences, specify at checkout if the delivery should be placed at the street-side door or a lake-facing entrance. These details ensure the driver finds the correct entry point on properties with multi-level access.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the recipient to navigate the narrow residential side streets and varying driveway layouts around the water. Provide any gate codes or porch instructions if the house is set back from the road or shares an access drive. This information helps the driver complete the delivery without needing to call for directions.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a covered area protected from lakefront wind or contact the recipient directly. If a specific bloom is out of stock, a designer will substitute a flower of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Including the recipient’s mobile phone number at checkout is the most effective way to prevent a failed delivery attempt.
