Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and secured buildings in Barberton?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central medical campus or multi-story senior living complexes require a specific room or suite number at checkout. Our couriers use the main public entrances or centralized reception desks for these large facilities to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct floor. Providing the specific department name prevents the order from being held at a general loading dock or mailroom.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the door to accommodate the city's mix of elevated front porches and long suburban driveways. For homes with high porches close to the sidewalk, provide instructions on where to place the item if the recipient is not home. This helps the courier find a stable surface away from foot traffic on narrow residential streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a secured apartment building or an industrial office site, the courier leaves the arrangement with a front desk or a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, a similar bloom of equal value is substituted so the delivery is not delayed. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient helps the courier resolve access issues at gated properties or locked building entrances.
