Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local hospitals, offices, or secured residential buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the clustered medical buildings or secured lakeside residential complexes require specific suite numbers or gate codes for entry. Include the floor or department name at checkout to ensure the driver can access the correct building wing. These details are necessary because many properties in this area have restricted access points or shared private drives.

Question 2

How does the layout of this city affect the way my flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to accommodate the narrow roads and many dead-end streets surrounding the water. Drivers navigate the private bridges and winding lanes to place the arrangement at the primary entrance. Provide specific instructions if the house is set back from the road or has a gated driveway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is not home, the driver identifies a secure location on the porch away from open water exposure. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety to prevent delays in reaching homes on these winding lakefront routes. Providing a contact number for the recipient allows the driver to verify access for properties with long private drives or restricted entry.
