Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large medical campuses and offices in Waverly?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the sprawling medical campuses or county offices, enter the specific building name and department at checkout. Downtown storefronts with shared entrances require a suite or floor number to ensure the driver finds the correct desk. These details allow for direct delivery inside these larger complexes rather than leaving items at a general reception area.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in boxes to Waverly residences?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the local mix of clustered downtown streets and homes with long, set-back driveways. Provide any gate codes or specific instructions for properties located far from the main road. This ensures the driver can reach the front door instead of leaving the arrangement at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home when the delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we identify a shaded area out of sight from the street or contact a neighbor to accept the delivery. For properties with open yards and no covered porches, provide the recipient's phone number so we can confirm they are home before the driver arrives. We substitute specific flowers with similar varieties if a particular bloom is unavailable on your delivery date.
